Each transaction should benefit the overall trading environment with leases concluded on a sustainable basis. We assess the rent against the ability of the business to afford it. Decisions are made based on mutually agreed Profit and Loss accounts with consideration also given to traditional valuation methods such as a rate per square foot or Zone A.
