Ryan joined GCL in 2021 and is the Centre Manager for the Riverside Shopping Centre in Erith, Kent. Ryan has built key relationships with tenants, contractors and the local authority. He is responsible for all areas of the day to day running of the Riverside Shopping Centre, including managing the planned and reactive maintenance, service charge, marketing and maintaining good tenant relationships. Ryan previously held a management role for a high street retailer for nearly 20 years and his wealth of knowledge is invaluable.
