Alex Joined GCL in October 2020 to expand and lead the Tenant Services arm of the business from GCL’s Nottingham office. He has previously held senior property roles both in Retail and Hospitality at, Revolution Bars Group, Halfords, Pets at Home and CBRE working exclusively for occupiers.

Alex is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with an in depth understanding of all occupier related property matters. Whilst he is able to effectively manage teams, he also have the expertise to get involved in the day to day as required, leading from a position of knowledge and experience, growing and retaining experienced teams providing clients with the highest level of service.

Alex is an APC counsellor and chairperson for the RICS assessment panels, assisting budding surveyors to gain their chartered member status with the RICS.
