GCL acting on behalf of Charterhouse Property Group LLP have concluded a transaction with SSP Group PLC t/a Starbucks at Unit 3 Milton Keynes Railway Station. SSP have taken a new 15 year lease on Unit 3, MK Central providing 1,600 sq ft at ground floor. The premises have been let in line with other lettings within the block on a base and turnover rent basis. Commenting on the deal, Neil Grice said, “Working with SSP on a variety of transactions led us to discussing the possibility of Starbucks opening in Milton Keynes railway station and I am delighted to see that this has concluded. Our clients have proactively managed to the block to deliver a high quality offer". The unit is due to open in June.
